Our newly built apartments in the Waldviertel in 2020 are located in the small town of Thaya and offer modern living comfort in a quiet environment.
All apartments have approximately 40 m² of living space and are functional as well as of high quality equipped:

The apartments are wheelchair accessible, located on the 1st floor with an elevator and offer a pleasant living atmosphere due to their thoughtful room layout. Free parking spaces are available directly at the building, as well as a lockable bicycle room. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a bakery, a convenience store, and guesthouses.

Check-in is uncomplicated via a key safe at the main entrance. Please note that breakfast or meals are not included.
